A very simple, yet warming creamy treat to enjoy. The anti-inflammatory and super health benefits of this super food have been known for centuries. And now for a break from the caffeine or a change, try this Turmeric Latte recipe.
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy work)
- 1/2 tsp Organics NZ Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- dash Honey or maply syrup to taste
Add all the ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until combined. Turn the heat to medium high and whisk vigorously until it begins to foam--but never allow it to boil. When the thickness is to your liking, remove from the heat and pour into a mug ~ enjoy
